I hired this company in 2014 for a water leak claim, big mistake. After reading the contract many times that I signed while having my home torn apart, I realize what a scam it really was. Some of the things I am still dealing with are.
1. They are allowed to take 15 or 20% of the collected funds. Well which is it and who decides?
2. They had a adjuster put on my case with out having a surety bond, which in the state of florida is illegal.
3. They gave me false information as to what my policy read.
4. They received a 10 day letter from my insurance which they said they never received and never answered, (which they signed for), and for that reason my claim was denied.
5. Tried reaching Mr. Zevulone numerous times, 3 certified letter and never once a response.
6. Had to hire a attorney because of the denied claim and Mr. Joseph Zevuloni still will not release me from the contract after all the things they had done that was so unprofessional.
I would not recommend anyone to use this company and if needed seek out a firm that is professional and treats their clients with some respect.
