My husband placed an order on 7/27/2010 and was told later through email that it would ship within 10 days. We did not receive shipment until 9/21/10. The company is not reachable by phone and "their customer service" consists of one person named Maria. The voicemail is consistently full and calls are not returned. This was the experience on multiple attempts and one prior sale. I returned a package to them on 10/12 that they signed for as of 35+ days later I have yet to received credit or acknowledgement to my voicemails or emails. It is unfortunate as their products are nice but m perception is they operate this as a "side business" and get to it if and when they do....I would have selected NO stars if it was an option.
