I have to admit, when I first considered a loan modification I was a little scared due to the negative press but I really did need help. Ed, immediately calmed my nerves and made me feel as though I had come to the right person. I felt as though I had known him for years after our first conversation. He took me from living in fear of losing my home every day to being confident that I would be able to stay in my home as long as I wanted to. Now that the process is complete, my mortgage is affordable and I have money left over at the end of the month for my other bills and even a little entertainment. Thanks to Ed, I don’t have the overwhelming stress of that looming mortgage payment that I was always struggling to make. I am very grateful.
