I had ordered a POD for delivery at my mountain home for Friday Sept 9. They chose the date. I was told an email and phone call would be made the night before. Well, other than the original email confirming the order and date, nothing happened the night before. When I called first thing in the morning, I was told they don't deliver to the mountain community except for Wednesdays ( again I did not chose the date, they did) and the price was going to go up and they couldn't deliver until the following Wed. Well, I have seen their trucks go up the mountain on Tuesdays and Mondays so I know that is not the truth. I would NOT do business with a company that chooses to lie about its services and raises its price at the last moment. Consequently, I cancelled the contract. I then contracted with Mayflower who did everything promised and delivered the next day and was very pleasant and professional.
