The first time I ordered with this company was for Halloween 2010... I needed my items by a specific date and I had made a mistake putting my shipping address as my billing address... I called them to verify and I did have some challenges that sometimes the employee said I didn't have an order or it never shipped... that caused me to panic unnecessarily... but I still got what I ordered perfectly... I ordered again May 2011 and it was perfect! This company is fantastic! I would just suggest that the employees have some way of knowing the orders better... it's scary to hear your order doesn't exist or it didn't ship!
