Horrible Association
I currently pay $350 per month and another $50 a month special assessment fee and the Association turns their back on you if you have a problem. I have a water leak coming from the main water pipes that run under my house. I reported the problem various time to Prestige starting May 10th. It is currently June 29 and they have done nothing to help. I contact their property insurance company and filed a claim. They came out and acknowledged that it is the associations responsibility to fix the problem yet they have done nothing! I call them at least once a day and I get a complete run around. As a result of their negligence my kitchen cabinets have been ruined and it looks like the drywall is starting to get mold. It looks like I am going to have to have to start seeking legal action.
