playspan is a worthless company, i might say other wise if they would actually work with you to resolve an issue. i bought and item from them using one of their cards as payments and i have been waiting for over 5 days now to receive and email with the info needed. when you try and use their live chat they just run you in circles, like when i used their live chat the first time they told me that i would need to wait 24 hours for my transaction to be processed so i waited then i received an email stating that payment has been received but has not been accepted and then i went to live chat again and they told me they sent my issue to the payment department and i would need to wait another 48 hours, well i waited another 48 hours and this is my conversation with the 3rd attempt at live chat:

zack: [23:36] ok i bought 300 silk 4 days ago and have yet to receive an email with the info needed to redeem the silk. i have contacted the support many times now and have been told to wait, the first time i was told to wait 24 hours and then the second time i was told to wait 48 hours, well i have waited and i want to know what is taking you people so long to process my order.
