Unjust Termination of Service Without Evidence

I have been a loyal customer of Nitrado for nearly two years, spending over $2,000 monthly to host a large gaming community. Recently, my servers were abruptly terminated without warning or clear evidence of any alleged Terms of Service violations. Despite reaching out multiple times to their support team, I have only received vague responses, with no transparency or opportunity to address the supposed issues.
This sudden and unjustified termination has disrupted my community, caused financial loss, and damaged my reputation. As a paying customer in good standing, I expect fair treatment, detailed explanations of any concerns, and the chance to rectify them if necessary. Nitrado's handling of this situation has been highly unprofessional and raises serious questions about their business practices.
I am deeply disappointed and urge others to carefully consider their choice of hosting provider. I hope Nitrado will take responsibility and work to resolve this matter. Until then, I cannot recommend their services.
