Everything the other customers say on the BBB board is true. I cannot believe this happened to me as well. I wish I had looked at the BBB before I signed up for this service. I was fooled by how professional and sincere the sales people sounded. The customer service people such as Kyle and his manager Eva were extremely rude, evasive and asking you to jump through a lot of hoops to get your money back. Again, very rude and obviously they never intended to deliver what they promised.
I was promised to have my resume put in front of lots of recruiters. Instead they grabbed 3 screen shots of various job boards that looked like good fits for me. Ironically I had already applied for these three jobs over a month ago.
I confronted them about it and they were irritated I was calling and reassured the companies in the emails had a definite interest in me. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back but Evan is telling me that she will not refund the registration fee of $39.
In the meantime, they also charged me $59 for sales material that I did not ask for and I am having to battle to get my money back if that ever happens.
Stay away from these people! There is nothing good to come from this. The first hint of their lack of giving you anything in return for your money is they describe thousands of current users but their advertisement on the phone call while holding references a success story of a man from 2005 - over 4 years ago!
If the old saying of "What goes around comes around" holds true there will be a law suit one of these days holding these people responsible for their actions.
