This company informed me my vehicle's computer, along with many other electronic devices, were defective. They kept my vehicle for over TWO MONTH'S. Each time I called I got a different answer as to why it was taking so long; They received the incorrect computer; the second computer was not programmed; their "guy" that does the programming lost the necessary file; they had to send the computer out of town for programming; NOTHING but one excuse after another. TWO MONTH's! When I picked up the vehicle, it ran horribly; and this after paying $958.00
I called them immediately to let them know. I went to start me vehicle the next morning and it would not start. I phoned them and told them to come get the vehicle. Now they are saying it is my engine! I have asked for a full refund three times with my only response from them being nothing more than double-talk. Hence, I filed a BBB report and am awaiting a resolution.
BUYER BEWARE.
It may cost more, but do yourself a huge favor and avoid the experience I had, and go to a Certified Dealer.
