Friendly, responsive and reasonable. I booked with them while coordinating a family vacation that included our toddler child, our in-laws and another family. Due to differing budgets and accommodation requests I wanted to use a travel agent who could work with the different payment/situations. Thank goodness for Denise @ Monrovia Travel. She was patient & very responsive via phone and email. I recommend them & I'll be back!
