I needed a battery replaced in my Jag. As an authorized Interstate Battery dealer, I went to them. They couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The battery in my car had gone bad and they replaced it under warranty for free.
I would recommend European Automotive Specialists based upon their attitude and professionalism. It's good to know that customer service is not dead.
