DON'T USE MINDBODY THEY ARE THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

So frustrating this company is. I have sent over 6 emails and tried calling only to be on the phone for over an hour not get through and then they call you back 4 hours later when you are not available trying to cancel this contract. Then they send me an email no one responds to. I cannot get them to take this site down. It is so ridiculous. Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. Save yourself the headache and use anyone else for your business other then these people who have no compassion for our patients who are utterly confused because we have a new system and they will not remove the old one. BUYER BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS.
