I have to agree 100% with the reviews below. My experience was the same. One thing I should add is that they have the cajones to have a "Full Value Guarantee" on their site. They show the value of the flowers (and vase) as $60, show it "discounted" to $46. They then add $13 for handling fees. After that, they send a vague printed description to the florist along with $44 for flowers, vase, and handling fees. Nothing near the "guarantee"
