Information is OK, business practices are horrible

Was a member for over a year, but have been answering more questions than getting answers so decided to cancel. Logged onto their system and canceled, answered some questions and thought I was good.
about a month later, I have a charge for another year, at 199.95. Sent them an email requesting a refund, because they don't have anyone there except 9 AM to 5 PM PST m-f( yet only one person is there and the 4 times I called, I had to leave a message, and they responded by email )
Like another review, asked to be refunded the charged as I didn't use the site and was pro-rated for 9 days, as I had to logon to cancel. When I asked to talk to her boss, was told she would transfer to her voicemail then told that no one else would help me any more than she could. WOW
They are sending me a refund of 195.03, was told it would take 7 to 10 days (which is crazy since it could be refunded online through my bank in 4 hours, if they wanted to...) Since I hadn't logged into their service for over a month before I logged on to cancel I thought they would be reasonable. I was wrong.
While the people who give the advice are good, the actual customer reps and policy makers make all the "expert" advice irrelevant. Definitely not worth the hassle. The reps name was Catherine Burrow.
