I have NEVER had a problem with ordering online, until my experience with Couture Baby Boutique.
Positives: This company showcases adorable high-end baby items. The site isn't designed very professionally but the product offered is impressive.
Negative: Emails go unanswered. (Although I did receive an automated email response saying she'd get back to me within 1-2 days or sooner. I never received any emails other than that one automated response.) My shipment arrived later than expected AND it was the WRONG merchandise.
The wrong product appeared to be made well but it wasn't what I wanted and was listed for LESS than what I originally ordered. I don't expect a price adjustment since emails appear to go unread.
If you expect service, you may not get it here. If you email, like mine, they may go unanswered.
