These guys come across like your best friends on email and phone, but don't be fooled. I will gladly send my email thread with them to anyone that Googles me and sends me an email request. They are all friendly notes with failed promises. They strung me along for 3 months from the originally promised delivery date and never delivered my custom sofa. Right on the eve of 120 days they went radio silent. Guess what, that's the deadline banks give card holders to file a claim for failure to deliver from the expected date of delivery. Well played scam artists!
