Conor Gill rips off the dead!

My brother passed away on 12/20/11. I solicited some videographers from Craig's List. Conor replied to me, explained his services, accepted the assignment, arrived at my brother's funeral and videotaped the service. He came to the reception after the service, sat with my family, ate, drank and visited with family. I paid him $350 and he said he would have my brother's video as soon as possible. To date...nothing.
What type of person scams the DEAD??? Weddings are special, memorable events and I feel terrible for anyone who is cheated by a merchant. But people have the opportunity to marry again or renew their vows. We can never redo my brother's FUNERAL.
This is very hurtful to me and my family. I wish Conor would step up and do the right thing and respect the dead! I would like to resolve this matter with Conor one way or another and let my brother REST in PEACE.
