Most unprofessional company I have worked with. There are weeks at a time with no contact. I e-mail and call daily to know avail. For the amount of money I spent and the assurance I received, there is no excuse for how Citrus Pixel handles their business. I am attempting to get all my money back at the moment, because my site does not function as it was supposed to and many things were not implemented correctly.
The first time I didn't hear from Citrus Pixel for about 2 weeks, I got from Dave Edeburn saying that he was sick so he couldn't contact me. I don't know how sick you have to be to not e-mail or call or have your employees handle some business. About a month later, there was a 2 week dead zone again. This time Dave said he had been in a car accident. I am currently trying to contact the company again for the refund and I have not heard anything for about a month.
