While their local store may be great, my online service experience has been terrible. Their refund process is poorly executed and I have been going through a two month long process of waiting for product that never arrived, poor communication in regards to problem with my order, I had to initiate all contact to find out there was even a problem after 6 weeks of wondering what had happened with my order. I waited another week for my order which was supposed to have shipped, but never did. After 7 1/2 weeks I requested a refund and now 1 1/2 weeks later from my refund request I still have no refund. My purchase was over $100. While you may think those who leave a poor business review have nothing better to do, the review process is here for this reason. You have to accept the good with the bad. Some people have had great experiences while others have not. This is why people leave reviews. If you have a great experience with her that's fantastic! She's a very nice person. My first and only experience doing business with her has been less than stellar. Again, she is a very nice person and I am absolutely sure she's full of good intentions and for the most part I'm sure delivers her goods as intended or she still wouldn't be in business. This review is purely from a business perspective based on my own experience. It is not a personal attack against the owner. I hope she makes the much needed improvements in her refund process and in the future communicates problems better to her customers if one occurs. If I could rate her as a person, she's a 5 star, but my purchase experience unfortunately is a 1 star.
