Hello i to was ripped off from amg con artists on 02/14/09 i received a phone call stating that they had my timeshare sold,well 6 months went by,nothing so i called back and they told me that the buyer changed his mind at the last second so i lost 999.00,So i went to 800helpfla.com and filed a complaint my reps name is ron monford,he went to the company and demanded they pay me,so i received a phone call from amg and they told me that it would take 3 months for them to cut me a check,in the mean time ron closed my case because amg told him they would pay me,so last week 4/19/10 i called them to find out the check status and the lady told me the check is still waiting to bed cut,call us back next week and we should know better on the status of ur check,so i called back yesterday 4/28/10 can't get through says the number u have dialed is unavailable from ur calling area.SO I CALLED rom again for him to reopen the case.the number to division of consumer services is 850-410-3807.I hope this was helpful for anyone trying to get there money back.
