I was guaranteed a buyer no problems with my money back and the money for the sale within 90 days, 6 months latter still nothing just excuses. I left 15 messages in one day and still no call back. They answer you and call you until they get your money then they hardly ever pick up the phone and they don't call back. They made my difficult situation even worse. They wont give me a refund until my timeshare sells and I cant get a refund from my credit card either. Now I am stuck hoping they send me a check one day if ever.
