About a month and a half ago my roommates and I saw a posting on craigslist for a house in redlands and we called the number and it was the company Rapid Rentals. We went in and paid them $210 dollars and filled out applications and were told they would apply us for the house and redlands and if that one doesn't work out they would place us in a house within a few weeks. We put in our 30 days notice because they assured us we would be placed sooner than that. 30 days went by and we were not approved at this So called house in redlands which they couldn't give us the address too or couldn't even show us the house till they had there money but then told us we weren't approved so we never even got to see it. They then gave us listings for the inland empire and it turns out half the houses on the list have already been rented out and the rest don't even exist. They do not return your calls and they are very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I have been hung up on numerous times. .We are attempting to take them to small claims court to at least get out $210 back.
